These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions govern the placing of pre-orders with Laila & Lyra products and other accessories. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order or Backorder of any Laila & Lyra Products.
When placing a Pre-Order for L&L Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. L&L shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to webadmin@lailaandlyra.com
You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. If Over-The-Counter Payment option was selected during checkout, a payment has to be completed within 3 days of placing the order. L&L reserves the right to cancel orders of those with history of order non-payment without prior notification.
Pre-ordered and backordered items are not available to ship at the time of purchase. Shipping estimates are detailed in the product description.
Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed, unless otherwise noted. Although we will make efforts to begin shipping products as soon as reasonably practicable and communicate accurate delivery estimates around your orders, you understand and agree that there may be delays as unanticipated production delays do happen. Place an order only if you are comfortable with the estimate shipping date and the possibility that the exact dispatch date may slip a few days from the estimate.
If a pre-order or backorder item in your order has been affected by a production delay that exceeds 5 days from the estimate indicated in the product description, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and provide periodical updates with respect to the updated shipping schedule. For such circumstances, cancellation of orders/refund of orders are not applicable if the delay is no more than 10 days. L&L is also not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays.
Note that unless otherwise noted, any order that includes a pre-ordered or backordered item will not ship until all items are available. Ready-to-ship items that are needed sooner than the estimated delivery of pre-ordered item should be carted separately to avoid delay.
