Inspired by our Rachel dress from 2 years back- Empress is a whimsical piece crafted from layers upon layers of ruffled Parisian tulle densely packed together in a full circle skirt silhouette. Features tulle detailing on shoulder and belt and comes with a tulle belt that may be tied at the back to cinch the waist and detached inner skirt for extra volume.
