Under the first stage of eased corona virus restrictions, we are happy to share that we are back on our cutting and sewing tables in a skeletal work arrangement. To keep our production team safe and to ensure there is plenty of space for social distancing, heightened sanitary measures and a new shift pattern minimizing the number of employees we have at the workshop will be observed by our team.
We continue to process your online orders daily from Monday-Friday, but to align our schedule with our courier partners, dispatch might take a little long as we're limiting order endorsement to Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Please be advised of the new lead time for delivery: NCR 2-5 days | Luzon 3-7 days | VisMin 5-12 days. These transit times are estimates and you may experience temporary delays when limited by government restrictions. We apologize in advance for any unexpected delay and we hope for your understanding.
As we are yet to ease into the groove of this new normal, please bear with us if we are unable to share hard dates for our upcoming releases. You may also find a lot of preorder items on the website at the moment as our fashion pixies start working on the cut goods that we've prepared before the lockdown.
