What are included in the sale?
- unfinished genuine samples that never made it to production
- pieces that are in any way damaged including but not limited to stain, snags, print defect or a fabric batch that did not meet standard
- pieces that have been used for a styled shoot
- pieces with missing accessories that are part of a set
- past seasons styles that will no longer be restocked
All sales are final: Warehouse sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items are sent to the warehouse sale for various reasons and minor imperfections can happen due to the lifecycle of products. All items are sold as-is and are priced accordingly. Noticeable imperfections will be noted in the product description but in case something slipped in our watch, we will only accommodate issues regarding MAJOR damages and is not responsible for damages that are not present at the time of delivery.
Payment For over the counter payment, please settle the payment within 48 hours to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders without prior notice and restrict payment options to Credit Card and/or Paypal only if orders are cancelled due to nonpayment.
Shipping and Delivery Due to high order volumes, please expect extended shipping timeframe of 5-10 business days.
Packaging Depending on the volume, your order might arrive in packaging with no L&L logo. For warehouse sale items Extra box / packaging requests will be charged p20 per box or pouch.
Combining orders Multiple orders from the sale may be shipped together. Request for combining orders may be noted on Order Notes during checkout or via Instagram DM. Please note, free shipping would not apply unless one of the orders being combined met the Free Shipping requirement of minimum of p3500 order.
Rewards program Warehouse Sale orders are not eligible to earn L&L Loyalty Club points.
